In this new series , i’ll take you around some good cafes in New Delhi where you can go on a date with your book. Every month i’ll talk about a new cafe , what’s on their menu , affordability, what can you eat etc.
AMA Cafe , Majnu Ka Tila
Majnu ka Tila is a tibetan refugee colony located in North Delhi. Known as New Aruna Nagar officially, MKT is a popular hub for it’s authentic food , cheap clothes and it’s cafes.
Nearest Metro Station : Vidhan Sabha on yellow line. (MKT has no parking space so take the metro and then a rickshaw for a better experience)
Situated in MKT is AMA Cafe , a gem if you are a sucker for pastries. The place is breezy and always packed with college students. They have a mouth-watering pantry and some amazing beverage options to choose from.
What I love about this cafe is the ambience and decor. The place is serene with nooks that are apt if you are looking for some time alone to read.
WHAT’S ON THE MENU
The cafe gives you a handful amount of beverages and pastries options to choose from. Appetizers , however are less in number but that’s fine. The cafe offers some good breakfast options too so make sure you check that out too.
